Decent but could be a lot better
Some minor improvements would improve the day to day of all its customers. Start up speed of the application could be improved. Or also a simple widget could be built for the unlock mechanism would save a lot of time and make using the application much more enjoyable
Bike rental in the app awful
There’s a Bike rental option for my condo, which I’ve only been successful at using for 1 out of 4 attempts and even with that I’m not too pleased. Two of the bikes did not unlock. While I don’t believe this is the apps fault there is no option to either report this, or cancel your ride once it’s begun. The result of this mean you have options but wait until the time you selected time is over usually 4-8 hours. That basically mean your plan to hire a bike for the day is over. If you could cancel your ride and hire a different bike this would solve this solution and is baffles me why this was not considered. also If you can’t report a damaged bike how does this stop it from happening to the next person? (This happened another time) Another grip is that you can only book in advance meaning if you just have the thought of Cycling and its 12:03 you have to wait all the way until 13:00 before you can ride, even when bikes are free. Anther pain is you can’t extend you time once out which can somewhat ruin your time if you find you need to rush back. Appreciate someone may have rented it after you but this could easily be checked/ managed by the app.
