Not working
Installed this App on to my iMac shows cameras on line but shows no images shows error “the current configuration not supported, please contact technician” so no use to me at all and there is no way to update App
Could be improved
I tried this program after reading the 1 star reviews and was supprised. I had no problem in installing the camera's UID and to get live video to display, select the camera you want and double click the window where you wan't it displayed.
The program does need improvement, and really needs instructions, but its free and it works.
I'm in the UK and I use it to monitor my home in Sweden
Won't connect to camera
Ive purchased an IEGEEK IG20 camera gives me an admin login I add the camera keeps saying not connected wont show pictures or allow me to make changes. I've downloaded and reinstalled muliple times. Deleted the camera and added it muliple times NOTHING!! So frustrated their support page is all writtern in chinese, think I will have to return the camera which is a shame is the camra is good it just this app thats useless
