Waste of time
Waste of time the app is the worst i seen u cant make payments or nothing u can send message but cant check if u had a message back from them as no option will be deleting the app
Miss mayo
Ever since they’ve made me go on their app I can’t pay my late payment because nothings happening on there it’s just blank I’ve tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it but to no avail which is very annoying and frustrating before you expected us to pay in your app I found just logging in more easier & within minutes I could pay any late or missed payments now you expect us to use the app im no longer able to access your page online but I can’t pay rental as the app is useless
Waste of time
Continually the same issues with this app. Lucky if I can even make it to the home page most of the time on the rare occasions I can make it load I’m left unable to make payments because the payments section won’t load or it decides to forget my payment cards. Does anybody at hiya even read messages we send through the app? I’ve sent a couple of messages now regarding different things and had no communication back. Absolutely awful app.
