#HLth.care does not require you to simplify organizational matters. It gives you the choice to do it.

The app was initially developed for the healthcare sector, but can now be used in any industry. HLth.care Team is a web-based team management system with an independent, free app. The integrated team chat helps you to separate your professional communication from private chat processes. The highlight is that employees can use this app on their private smartphones independently of their employer, in compliance with data protection regulations and free of charge. The app was initially developed for the healthcare sector, but can now be used in any industry.

The app supports the self-organization of team members and reduces the effort for organizing in the team. There are numerous functions: Duty roster management and sharing, chatting, digital professional card, skill search, sick leave notifications, outage management, jumper pool management, working time recording and performance documentation, service exchange assistant, time corrections, break corrections, please do not disturb function and much more.

HLth.care Team puts an end to time-consuming coordination processes via slips of paper, e-mail and sticky notes and consolidates all information and team organizational processes on one platform.

At least two and ultimately any number of people form a team. If you, as a team, have learned to appreciate the benefits of the app after some time, you can increase it even further by involving the employer. The data sovereignty remains with the team, which determines which interactions with the employer are unlocked. The private mobile number is not required and can remain secret.

Version 3.5.6

In this release, internal requests for joker services can now be sent to selected team members if the jumper pool is unavailable. These requests are only shown to users not currently on duty or whose minimum rest period between shifts won't be exceeded. Applicants can now offer different working hours for advertised services, boosting the number of offers. Further optimizations ensure system stability, performance, and cyber security.
