Rather it becomes more about creating a deeper, loving and grounded connection within yourself and the present world unfolding around you.

The HNTR PFM practices are created to help you perform *your* best in life.

PRESENCE - a mixture of breath work and meditations to help bring presence and grounded loving awareness into your body and life around you.
FLOW - Yoga based movement to open up fascial lines and increase mobility and connection to physical self
MOVEMENT - Dynamic and uplifting movement to shift stagnant energy, build strength, resilience and power within self.

This community and lifestyle is founded upon creating a deeper reverence for your home.
Inside your physical vessel and on our planet earth.
Each of these practices will be filmed in nature and every month your membership will contribute towards donations for WWF.
This support will help re-wilding and regeneration practices for our earth to help save and protect her.

A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
