The HOB Salons booking app allows clients to log on and make bookings online under their own profile 24/7. Clients can track loyalty points as well as look at historic and future bookings and get directions for their favourite salon.

Ratings and Reviews
It doesn’t work anymore
The app used to work until a few weeks ago. Now it requires a deposit or full payment to be made but doesn’t actually take the payment or confirm the booking. Please fix it!
Crashing
App keeps crashing, haven’t been able to get into it at all as error message comes up almost immediately every time I open the app.
Can’t log in
Can’t login and have asked to reset password but email doesn’t come through. Don’t know who to contact to resolve. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
