Hoburne App 17+

Glad to be on holiday, I know it’s difficult but I hope we see the Sammy the Sea horse team as Corey was sooooo looking forward even for a glimpse.
Not quite the 5 star as I thought the indoor swimming would be open but was told there was a problem with it!

Used app to order food and drinks for takeout
Items showing as available were unavailable at checkout and when food was collected we had to look for the collection point and the person at the bar seemed surprised that the app would not let us order things that were available plus the drinks we ordered were not available.
The food was not the best
Useful add to the app would be local takeaways

First time at hoburne. Shall not return. Entertainment is shocking. Really embarrassing. There’s not enough rooms or people to sit, parents are stood in the doorway. They move dis to the lounge as not enough people for the venue but everyone’s having to sit on the floor as there are no seats.
Entertainment is just rubbish. Spent 20 mins with Eloise playing the “crisp game” where kids dance as a human hoop, quaver. It was laughable.
Smuggles has come out 3 nights out of 5…. What a way to mix it up.
Effort is pretty much zero.
Got to lounge 6om when entertainment starts at 6, still cases of booze by the bar which is not even open.
Food packets and staff rubbish on the bar from the morning (we went to morning stay and play which lasted 15 mins….)
Really awful entertainment and set up.
The place itself is clean and well kept but service is absolutely shocking and we won’t come again.
