Terrible

Lol at people giving this app 5 stars. Those reviews are no doubt fake and created by the developers that own a bot company!

Used to be good until they changed it so ads would instantly pop up the moment you open the app. It’s now unusable as you can’t get past the ad.

Deleted and won’t be coming back!

Thanks for the feedback. However, it is not really fair to claim our reviews are fake. This app is the result of many years hard work of a dedicated full time team and the realness of the reviews should be pretty obvious if you read through them. We are not owned by any big company or investors and so the ads are unfortunately necessary to cover our rising sever and data/content costs. Alternatively you can always turn them off from the settings by opting for the premium plan the basic plan for only $0.99/month. Please let us know at any time via the help button in the app if you need any assistance with any of this!

I have recently downloaded this as was recommended by someone I know but to be honest this is the most rubbish app I hand ever used in my life I have used many different apps for trading and on those app you can easily buy and sell currencies or share of companies but on this one it’s not easy and not clear not easy to buy and not easy to sell
Second most important thing is they don’t like to give you your money back I have been trying to get my money back and send messages to help several times they are not able to help and still my $964 are stuck with this app
I wouldn’t reconnect this to anyone it’s just a stress and most rubbish app

Hi, very sorry to hear this! 
With regards to buying and selling, it should actually be quite straight forward once you got the hang of it: Just tap the floating trade button in the lower right corner of the screen and this takes you straight to the trading screen for the currently selected cryptocurrency. Also, by tapping the wallet icon in the footer you can always get to the wallets screen which serves as an overview of all all your current holdings. Alternatively you can tap the top row of your watchlist for that same purpose. Please let us know if there are still any difficulties with regards to the UX. This feedback is very valuable and highly appreciated!

Regarding waiting periods for withdrawals:
As mentioned during our conversation over the in-app support, for withdrawals of funds that have just been deposited via credit/debit card there is usually a waiting period of a few days due to credit/debit chargeback risks. This is unfortunately industry standard and not something specific to FTX/HODL and entirely subject to the speed of the card issuer and the Visa and Mastercard networks. We completely understand that this is annoying but it is unavoidable and usually just takes a few days at most. Hope this helps!

Superb

Without a doubt the best iOS tool for monitoring multiple cryptos that I’ve tried. Easy to use interface, very clear, works like a dream, and the portfolio tracker is fantastic.
Such a good product, well done.

I think the only improvements I could wish for, would be the ability to remove (or hide) fiat currencies that I’m not interested in. I do tend to flip between GBP, USD and EUR valuations and that would be a little easier if there was a method to hide the other fiat currencies as the list is quite long. Not a complaint though, just an observation.
Also, it would be nice to be able to minimise the bottom half of the display, if you wanted to view more cryptos without scrolling.
