Yesterday (12th July) I needed to make a change to my booking as I had inadvertently booked to drop off my car at the wrong terminal at Heathrow - I had two chats online to Zoe L and Beth and then spoke to one of your agents whose name I think was Jacob. They were so polite, friendly and customer focused on sorting my mistake and within minutes Jacob had cancelled my original booking and rebooked it with the correct details. Their individual levels of professionalism were impressive enough but I suspect that also evidences good staff training by Purple Parking. I have already recommended you to several of my friends and colleagues and will not hesitate to use hi again for future international business trips. Many thanks!
The update works!
Thanks for the most recent update, it’s massively helped our problems with our trips showing up when logged in. All round, great improvements and now it’s super easy to use and find everything in one place. Have spent hours playing the game too, have you thought about offering customers prizes for playing?
Need to be clearer about where your car is going to be parked
Personally I am not happy about leaving my keys with car parks or valet parking companies when I'm on holiday. You never know what is happening to your car while you're away. It seems Holiday Extras only offer this type of service now. That's just not for me so I'll park with official car parks at airports from now on as I can keep my keys and enjoy my holiday, safe in the knowledge that some rascal isn't racing my nice car!
I would say that Holiday Extras have taken my concerns seriously though, so at least they have a good customer service department.
