Annoyingly Great
Took me a minute to get setup as the app is a buggy in the onboarding process but it’s w great option once you get approved.
Invoices are easy to make, they sent beyond quickly and the payments truly are instant (one of my customers said I confirmed the payment before their bank said it left their account 😂)
Only issue though, the app needs more work to make its features easier to find, right now some are hidden and you WILL miss them
It takes to long for the money transfer
Usually it takes seconds or minutes for money transfer. Here I‘m waiting for hours . What they do with my money in this time ?
Dismal
This bank if they can call themselves that are THE WORST of the new crop of digital banks. 1. They take an age to process your application , constantly asking for more and more ID info, it goes on and on and on etc etc.2. They have such strict criteria for which type of company they will accept , the list of companies they won’t accept is 200 long, it’s outrageous . I was refused an account because my business is a property management company .. REALLY!!! My advice STAY WELL CLEAR
