Delivery Options
Today is Dec 1st and the earliest delivery date I can select is Dec 25th even though the app says orders are delivered in 2-3days. There is no option to select click and collect as I would be happy to do this if it means I can get the items earlier.
Any help / contact is tabs will not load so I cannot contact customer services. It is very frustrating.
Usually I am very satisfied with Hone Centre’s products and services so I’m very surprised by this!
Easy to use app
Very easy to use. I have never had any issues with the app at all.
App not processing order
I asked in store if my items were ready for collection as the app kept the status as ‘processing’.
The items were ready in store but one was damaged.
They have still not been able to process the refund because the app states that The original order is still processing and has not been collected.
In store assistant told me to re-order the broken item online (they should have requested a replacement in- store) this has been showing as order ‘placed’ and not even processing for the last week online.
I have sent an email and promised calls back from customer service but I have had to call at least 4 times to be told the item is ready for collection. When I arrived at the store it was not there!
Very disappointed with the app and poor customer service.
I will not order online from the Home Centre again!
