Great app but too much advertising

I agree with some other people but this application is a little overly complex and I don’t like the in your face advertising on the front page. However I must commend the team on improving voice-over accessibility for those of us who are blind and use the application. It is in no way perfect but most of my complaints have been addressed and I will be hammering on the company if they don’t keep up these improvements because everyone, even if they’re blind has a right to use their technology. thank you for the progress though.

Bosch Dryer

Very poor execution of the app. First you have to connect the appliance to your network, which never connects using the WPS function, and using manual method is poor in the extreme. Then if you are lucky to get this connected, you then have to connect to the app itself. I am savvy in technology and still found this difficult.

To add insult to injury, if you wish to use a different device, you have to go though the whole sequence again. I would have thought that once you where logged on the on a different device you would automatically have the right connections, wrong! Do not buy 5e appliance for this feature.

Update: Having eventually connected both my Bosch dryer and washing machine, the app appears stable and connects as soon as the machines are switched on. There is too much advertising on the home page, and the app generally is over complicated for everyday use. However, if you just want to use the app to view progress of the programme and the notification of the finish, then download and use.

Remote start disabled again

Every time I want to use this, it disables the oven remote start. Is this meant to be a security 'feature'? 'Cause I reckon if someone can get that far into the system, they can probably figure out to wait until remote start is reenabled... I checked remote start was on last night so I could switch the oven on to preheat this morning, and sure enough, it's disabled again this morning. Useless. Just a basic time-based switch, so presumably the only way to be sure is to toggle it the night before. Fortunately I bought the oven for other features, otherwise I'd return it.

Edit: still no sign of these 'future updates' to resolve the issue. Perhaps my imagination but it actually seems worse now if anything, with opening the door after enabling remote start being enough to disable it. Or is it doing it at 11pm the issue. Does the manufacturer even understand the logic behind it?
