Home Design 3D - GOLD EDITION 4+

It’s an amazing app that I have loved for years. At times it is mildly annoying and glitchy but in comparison to other home design apps and software that doesn’t require subscription it is cream of the crop. The only problem that I’m not even sure would count as a solid problem is that there isn’t much stuff. Like there’s a lot in general but I feel that we need more of certain types of items and less of others. Ie there’s hundreds of cabinets but barely any doors or TVs. Also a lot of the objects are combines ie a desk with ornaments on it . They do have non combined versions but done have the corresponding ornaments available individually which can be annoying when you want to mix and match and go more in detail but if you’re just playing around or want a rough idea of what you want then this is the perfect app. Seriously I have gotten hours of enjoyment out of creating random houses in this. If you’re on the fence about buying this app but it. It’s flipping amazing.

I’ve been a user of Home Design 3D for many years, and was incredibly excited to hear they were working on a feature that allowed designers to implement roofs onto their projects. However, having been using the app prior to the update that allowed users to have multiple floors, I knew that big updates caused problems for existing projects. Hence, when this update came, I updated it on my iPhone first to see how it effected my current projects before updating it on my iPad. Initially, I found there to be a couple of things that required me to alter my projects, but nothing major. Until, that is, I attempted to open my largest and most involved design - which it simply would not open no matter what I did. Had I gone straight ahead and updated the app on my iPad, I would’ve lost this project completely - which took me the best part of a year to create. I don’t know why this has to be the case, but if anybody reading this has an incredibly detailed and extensive project, you might want to be cautious prior to committing to this otherwise exciting update. I do hope however that these issues can be resolved by the home design team in the future.

I love this game. Me and my sister love making exciting builds and looking at other people’s projects to see what the community is doing. I have had the game for nearly two years now and last year I purchased home design gold after I realised how good a game it was. It really helps with interior design/architecture skills that can help a lot in the future. All of this is why I give the game 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My suggestion is that you make a function so if friends or family have the game, you can send your projects to them so they can look around. I also think It would be a nice idea to make a function where you can share projects with one friend or family member (links in with my other suggestion) and then they have full access to the project and you can both build in the same plot if you’re both working on something together.
This is something me and my sister have been talking about for a while and we think it would be a great update to the game.
This would help us a lot as most of the year my sister is at university so then we can create projects, but be long distance.
