Hoppia Tale is an action-adventure game that you can play with one hand. Mixing old classics like Zelda, Goof Troop and Bomberman, it brings a brand new experience on mobile.
The inhabitants of Hoppia live around mysterious portals built by an old society and for long, these have been used to travel to other worlds.
For centuries, everything was in perfect balance, but a discovery on the fields around the capital of Hoppia breaks the harmony of the entire universe. An evil force is trying to replicate the portal's technology to invade the city.

Love it
Hoppia Tale is a wonderful and amazingly fun game, where you deafeat enemies and pass levels. The characters are so cute and the design of the game is amazing. I have such fun watching my character hop around. I totally recommend this game.
Cute game! A few concerns
It’s a good game, cute graphics,,, but why is the In game content so expensive. Almost 2000 coins for a vest, and what does it even do? And why do we only have two lives? It seems abnormal,, normally a game has three or four. Why do we have to wait after five tries? It’s so incredibly annoying.
I understand this game is called “Hoppia Tale” but the way the character moves across the screen is quite annoying,,, can’t they run and when the player stops they do one last jump? Besides all that,,, I still like the game and it’s a good game to play at school.
An absolute gem of a game
An absolute gem of a game, marrying all the best elements of retro gaming with an incredibly immersive environment. The graphics are superb, control mechanics are good, but more than anything, this is the first game of its kind that I have played that works so well on the relatively small iPhone screen.
However, it is rendered all but unplayable due to its atrocious and greedy paywall. It seems to me that using the addictive quality of gaming and the vulnerable quality of some (especially younger) gamers to potentially extract hundred of £/$ from them is pretty reprehensible. Most people would be happy to pay a couple of £/$ for this and simply play it. I'm sure you would get a good return for your efforts.
It's only through voting with our wallets that developers can be made to wise up and abandon this rent-a-game strategy.
As things are, it's not worth downloading.
