Love chocolate
I’ve found this store in my local shopping centre thought it was to expensive to buy from but I went in to have a look and omg I was in heaven some good reasonably priced chocolate very nice chocolate too found out they also take my blue light discount card so that was even better I’ve now signed up to their app and I am also now buying online what a wonderful place this is
Great but Could do with some changes
Great app easy to order and see rewards card and any personalised deals or offers… but! When you search all products it seems to show you all products even out of stock ones got really excited seeing so many thing reduced in the sale tried to add them to the basket… error!!! Think we will all agree the chocolate is amazing but sometimes we need to help out wallets out! Was a big disappointment took my going onto my laptop to figure out what was going on :-(
Great Product, let down by App
Great set of products! App experience is as you would expect, perhaps more could be driven via the app or further integration with stores would be a bonus to leverage. Where things go worse is when you start putting items in your basket. Go back to the basket, blink and you might miss it, that is the items you thought you added. A ‘pull to refresh’ on the basket screen resolves the issue, but it leaves a sour taste in the mouth for someone looking for a sweet experience.
