This is the 2nd time my partner & l have stayed here 😀 beautiful hotel & scenery and so peaceful, we stayed in a superior room, such an immaculate clean room, providing everything you need, hair dryer & iron board, tea coffee biscuits, fridge with goodies in toothis room also had a bath & shower😀 the double rooms are also lovely too, but not every room has a bath, so l would double check when booking if you require a bath.
Breakfast is help yourself, yogurts, fruit, choice of cereal’s, toast & jams & a few pastries, and if you fancy a full English, or vegetarian, you can order. I can’t fault this hotel, lovely helpful staff too 😀 we can’t wait to stay here again in the new year. Thank you to everyone for making our stay such a lovely memorable one 😀
There is only one thing that my partner suggested, and that is he was not over keen on the sausages, no flavour or seasoning, he said he would rather have 1 descent sausage than 2 that tasted cheap quality value sausage’s, and as he is a chef himself he knows. This is definitely not a complaint just a suggestion, as part of a good full English, a good quality sausage as it makes the breakfast. The rest of the food was great thank you.
With the breakfast being £15 per person l do agree that it would be better to have quality sausage’s.

We stayed four nights at this hotel and found it not only incredibly convenient to Florence’s attractions, clean, air conditioned, and well run, but also particularly welcoming and comfortable. The rooms, like many hotels in the city vary in size from suites to single rooms and all of them were furnished with tasteful and high quality antiques. The baths were newly fitted, clean and modern as well. The interior layout reflects the buildings classical floor plan of an older era so there were turns and levels to negotiate but the hotel has a lift and being conscious of accessibility I noted many options for those with mobility challenges. The breakfasts were great and the seating area spacious with many nooks and crannies to eat in in parlors and quiet spaces. Perfect bus route options and stops have grown up around this hotel. There are convenient restaurants in the vicinity and ia park steps away with a small playground for children. There’s even a pharmacy a half a block away. The very best part of our stay is the hotel staff. They were helpful, friendly, and were available 24/7. We will return and highly recommend this accommodation.

Just back from a wonderful few days in Split staying at the Marmont Heritage hotel in the heart of the old town,and I do mean heart as location could not be any better for exploring the old town and marina areas.
The hotel itself is very nice with spacious comfortable rooms although as in centre noise if windows opened could be an issue. Nice bar area both inside and out allows to sit and relax and watch world go by.
Never ate in hotel other than breakfast as choice of eating places in surrounding areas was massive. Breakfast had a decent choice although one complaint is nothing was ever hot even when we arrived as it just opened on the day we left. Would suggest investing in some better food warmers. Minor complaint though as plenty of cold options.
Staff seriously make this hotel however as were always smiling and happy to help, a credit to the hotel.
Would return and would recommend to others.
