Hotpoint Home Net App provides a whole new way to interact with your washer and oven, adding a number of functionalities not available on traditional appliances.
Thanks to Hotpoint Home Net, interacting with your connected products is even more intuitive and with the remote control, you can monitor and send commands to your washer or oven even from outside the home and get notifications (like end of cycle) to be always in control.
The App provides easy access to all information, you no longer need instructions for use! For example, every wash cycle provides information on water and energy consumption based on the options selected, to help you save resources and money.
Get suggestions on best laundry programme to use based on what you want to wash and level of soil or activate the Final Care from anywhere to keep your laundry fresh if it’s not possible to unload immediately.
Oven and Microwave come with hundreds of easy to follow recipes specifically created by a chef for those products, to ensure you always get perfect results.
Get easy access to your frequently used functions or create your own for quick reference

Works for the Washer
Ok it’s ok for seeing how long is left, but having to press a button to use the app is frustrating.
A live tile would be amazing
But the notification when the wash is complete does work.
What a load of crap
I purchased a hotpoint specifically for the ability to control the machine via the app and have the ability to create “favourite” cycles based on the features listed on the hotpoint website. The scheduler functionality on the app doesn’t work, and any favourite cycles created on the app do not sync over to the machine, making the app completely useless.
An engineer and multiple hotpoint customer service advisers have confirmed that these are known limitations with the app, despite how the “connectivity” is marketed on the appliance webpage.
Do not bother downloading this app, it’s a waste of time. I wouldn’t ever recommend hotpoint products to anyone based on the awful customer service I’ve had from this company.
HQ91 MO1 finally connected to WiFi
Okay not the most straight forward pairing experience having had to replace a previous faulty fridge freezer due to broken ice box and never being able to pair up to my WiFi network. So had my reservations connecting up this new fridge freezer and aside from forgetting to click the WiFi capacitive button it paired up with success. The App is simple to use and I hope will add more useful features overtime
