Over time, it’s easy to forget why you are doing it
Some recent reviews express clear end user frustration and, in the case of paying customers, this is particularly unacceptable. For context, I use free, on Mac: and BTW thanks very much!
You guys clearly have the point of presence, distribution capacity, the customer base, a clear cut-off between free and paid, solid business model, etc. And great visual design. But the customer experience (UX) is confusing, irrespective of how you want to play it, this has to be customer (not Marketing) led. I mean, I can come back again, sign up, and miss this greyed out darko checkbox, or one liner saying Not Now or whatever, and loop around, around … C’mon this is basic stuff: you don’t convert customers by making it $^%%$&* hard to do something simple! You make it slick and simple, but cap it; then you make it even simpler (and with choices) to get more of the same, once you’ve paid up.

vpn that could be better
this is now working flawlessly on my macbook and im happy with the results for the money but i recently installed a firestick on my tv which has kodi and other apps on which require a vpn as i search i find hotspot is not an option so other vpn's are susgested for money so why ?i dont want to pay for 2 ive emailed this question to hotspot but no reply for months ,not great,otherwise i would have given a better score and review

I wanted to sign up to see what this was like as it was highly rated on a 'Best VPN' forum page. I am tech savy enough for these to usually be a doddle. After half an hour I seem to have finally sucessfully entered my card details so I can pay after about 6 different screens opening up on my desktop and about 8 different 'failed to pay' and 'failed to open' messages. Now on my desktop I have the icon to indicate I have downloaded it but when I click on this it still has the '7 day free trial' button and lists all the fees and terms and conditions...
