Hours Tracker: Time Calculator 4+

You will look down this list and see some negative feedback, I really don’t understand that as this app is free and a useful tool, I can only imagine (and I am pretty sure this will be going on) that it is the makers of similar apps that want you to download their app instead. This app is free and not an advert in sight yet, which is a breath of fresh air nowadays with all these subscribe or 20 adverts per minute which actually puts me off the advertising apps and the apps advertising them. Basic but it done exactly what I was looking for. Great app!!!

ok so i got this app as most of us did to keep a track of my working time directive. and i have to say it does the job pretty well. How ever i work nights so my working day is split between 2 days obviously. the problem with this app is that you put your start time if let’s say 17:00 in. but if i finish at 06:00 the next day the app won’t let you enter it. so i have to adjust my timings from night to day. now you may say what’s wrong with that. well nothing i suppose. but i’d like it to match my tacho i want to be able to put a 17:00 start and a 06:00 finish. but apart from this so far it’s doing the job i need it to do. but it could be better.

I liked this app to start with because it was simple and although it’s not that responsive (moving between weeks often requires a few taps), I noticed something that was - for me - a big flaw. If you happen to do different times/shifts on a certain day of the week (i.e. one Saturday I did a morning shift and another I did a later shift) it will change future and past shifts to the most recent one you put in for a given day. So you can only have one shift time/duration for each day of the week. You can also only export one week at a time, so all in all, this app is of very little use to me and actually almost made my hours incorrect, which is the opposite of what I would want from this kind of app.
