Great little app!
I have been using the app for a number of years now and it helps be keep track of which clients I am working on. Would love to see it extended to be able to log time using my PC as well as my phone as all my work is home based but hey! It’s a small issue! My work is cyclical too so would be nice to be able to ‘save’ tasks rather than having to type descriptions each time I’d also like to be able to access via my PC so I don’t have to keep unlocking my phone to enter details as I constantly swap between clients
Overtime, copy/paste function
Lacks the ability to amend the overtime rate, it’s set at 1.5 and 2x. I actually get 1.3 and 1.6. Also when doing an overtime shift, the option says that it applies after so many hours, it should also or instead say that it applies after a certain time. For me it’s 1.3 between 8pm and 6am, except sundays and bank holidays where it’s 1.6. Not into the copy paste function. Although I like that you CAN copy a shift, you still have to manually select each one, you can’t select from a calendar (preferably) and you can’t set a repeat pattern say mon-fri 9-5 with set breaks included. Also the free version allows you to enter 21 shifts, perhaps the paid version should instead allow access to these features instead of extra clients/shifts. This is why I won’t pay for this app
Absolutely fantastic
You know when you just need something that should be so simple, you try a couple of apps but they are all over complicated yet the customisation is lacking.
And then you come across this app which ticks every box. Simple things like a reminder when I show up to work never fails, also when I leave work it sends me a reminder, every single time. It will automatically carry hours over midnight rather than splitting a shift into two days, there is an option to format it as the latter though. I can export my hours into a clear readable email to send to my employer. It will add up my total hours and give me a total profit and net after tax deductions, in £ or $.
I’ve got something like 20 free days and then it will ask me to make a one time purchase of £5 which I absolutely will do.
