The app is a great little platform that allows you to easily create your own floorplans and room layouts. It has a host of features and great functionality, allowing you to quickly generate, edit and save your ideas. The App gives you enough options to get your ideas worked up to a very good standard, certainly good enough to be able to clearly communicate your ideas with architectural professionals and trades people alike.

A few improvements that would greatly help your experience would be a few extra zoom levels to aid accuracy. Also some extra glazing options such as the ever popular bi-fold door and more creative architectural glazing options. And I also think the ability to generate elevations would be a huge benefit, thanks.

Good for giving you a rough idea as to what a room could look like, but it is only to show a build up of rooms.
It would be good if you could add a roof so that you can visualise what different types of extension could look like and then you have a tool and a starting point to be able to discuss your ideas with an architect.
If you have sausage fingers like i have then, accuracy is difficult. The slightest touch and the wall / window /or door can be in a position that you didn’t plan for.

Very versatile room building and quite easy once you get going but accuracy can be challenging and there’s no chimney breast option.

The objects are quite limiting. Like in the kitchen section there’s a preset L shape but if you stretch it, the worktop on the other section gets fatter so you have to custom it. It’s a bit fiddly. And no colour change options for anything so picturing a finished room still takes a lot of imagination. But very good for the price and getting a rough idea.
