House Flip 4+

This is a good foundation for a game and has so much potential. Ideas maybe to consider? Create your own house, not only could players put capital in their buildings, that they renovate, but they could also save to buy their own place and decorate themselves, and have the option to sell it in the future if they want to? Include pets of all kinds, domestic and wild? Flip your own animal sanctuaries on the map and expand the name? Take use of being able to put this as a multiplayer, so friends can help and possibly take profit also? Personalise your character more? Not only could you renovate a house, maybe once a person has achieved a certain level in the game, they can renovate a mansion, with a few stories high? Just a few suggestions, hope this helps 😊

This could be a really good little game! While you might not be able to design the rooms specifically its gives you options to mix and match pre made sets with different colour palettes and as you do more houses more paint colours open up, and the sets have things added to them too. Unfortunately there are two big problems with this game. As you get to the expensive (high income) houses, the “elbow grease” you need to complete construction becomes insane for 1 task! You have to complete sometimes 20 different tasks for 1 house and some of them demand 180,000 for “elbow grease” when you only get 28,000 and hour! ( and that’s after getting another construction worker, before it was 14,000!) When you start most things are in the hundreds or low thousands, then you jump to that!! You get hardly any other ways to collect it and are left waiting for your elbow grease to fill up and not able to do anything so you can’t play which is surely not the point!!
2nd bug- and please sort this out!! I get kicked off the server all the time!! I’m shocked if I get to play for 10 minutes as most times I’m kicked off and have to wait and insanely long time to load back on! My WiFi has my kids playing xbox and PlayStation live online games no problems but this little mobile game I get kicked off of!! 🤦‍♀️

While we're disappointed you had a 3 star gameplay experience, we have since introduced some new mechanics to improve the user experience. Play the Double Grease event to collect 2X the Elbow grease. Additionally, play the Profit Ladder Event to win Boosters to increase elbow grease collection, increase offers, and/or decrease wait times! As for the wifi issue, we'd love to get a better understanding of the misconnections you're experiencing. This game is good but it is annoying because you are unable to design the houses yourself, piece by piece, like you would in real life. For example, you can't choose what colour cushions you would like, separate from the colour of the couch. You stage rooms but you don't physically choose what goes in there, it's given to you. For instance, you get the option of having a couch or a couch with a coffee table. The colour options are very limited as well, for everything, such as furniture, paints and flooring, but this may change as you get higher levels. As well as this you can't renovate more than one house at a time and renovations take a long time. I understand they would in real life but on a game it is very frustrating and it becomes boring. It is not easy to earn elbow grease or hearts quickly or easily either so it is difficult to buy more contractors (which would decrease the renovation time). As far as I'm aware you cannot change the layout of the houses either. I just wish these things were improved so the game would be so much better. I will probably continue playing for a while to see if any of this gets better as levels get higher, if not I will delete the game

Hi Lu - Thanks for all the suggestions! We are working on multiple house flipping, but since it requires more development and design work, it won't be available until further down the line. However, we do have an update coming soon that includes a daily hearts reward center,more accessibility to elbow grease, and also mini games to cut down renovation times.
