House Flipper Home Design 4+

I’ve played this game for a week, and i can’t say im not addicted yet. I love seeing no ads and making rusty homes shine once again. You get to decorate your own office, which is my favourite part as there are a wide variety of things to put in your personal office. What I do want to see though is quick tasks where you do 1 or 2 things and get a small amount of money like 500 coins. This would help alot as i’ve been in various situations( 1996 coins and 2000 for a table-top stove) where im a few off the amount i need. I also want to see more general quality of the game and being able to do tasks outside the house too. What i mean by general quality is not the game has bad quality, I would just like more detail put into objects and landscape. I get it may get laggy when going outside and putting a seperate landscape there, but the soloution could be a option. And you should be able to play multiplayer with friends to complete a massive task. Thanks for reading my review.

Great game and very similar to the Xbox/pc House Flipper which I absolutely love. I love the choice of furniture, wall coverings and floors etc as there’s a wide variety. I love being able to do properties up to sell on here too. There’s a few issues I have though.
1) Whenever I buy a property to do up and sell on, regardless of how expensive the furniture I put in it may be or how well done up it is…I don’t seem to make any profit and sometimes I end up actually losing money. However, if I just buy a property, clean it; plaster holes; possibly replace fittings so they don’t look so musty, I do earn a profit but only slight. Which doesn’t really seem fair or make any sense at all because surely if you’re putting better things in and making it look better etc then sell it, surely you should come away with a good profit?!
2) Flip coins are super hard to come by unless you level up (which doesn’t happen easily, I’m only level 15) or unless you purchase them. You need them to do up your tools to get better ones, you need them for new property missions, you need them to unlock items in the shop (which there’s a hell of a lot of)…

Otherwise it’s a fun game!

This game’s graphics are fantastic. I have been playing for a while now and never get bored, as I am currently refurbishing new properties and selling them on. The one thing i would love to see and a point for the developer would be more interactivity with the appliances in the game (e.g you can currently turn on and off light switches and faucets) but i would love to be able to open the fridge freezers and see food inside, be able to open the cabinets to put items inside and use showers and baths. Also, maybe an idea of being able to cook something on the table top hobs or cookers! Just a good point that I think would take the game to a whole new level. I would also love to see more ways to earn flip coins!! (maybe a daily check in reward of flip coins could be a fun idea)mainly because sometimes you have to wait between jobs as you don’t have enough flip coins to finish them :( Nether the less, a great game and i would really recommend. i hope the developer takes these points into consideration to make the game more interactive😊
