I’m registered physically disabled so I shop mainly on line as I find it hard to walk around shops! This app is so easy to use compared to some other company’s!! Everything I have on my list for my sons birthday and all the presents for my family and friends I am finding on here apart from the toys for my daughter!! I’ve been comparing the prices to other company’s and you’re cheaper so I can get everything for everyone through you each time I’m paid over ther next few weeks! Talk about making my life a lot easier!! I really love your shop!!! The only other company I will be getting presents from is a toy one for my 7 year old daughter!! Thanks for making my life a bit easier because most things are a struggle in my life!!

This app was easy to use and everything is clear but my problem isn’t with the app itself. I have sent house of fraser 3 complaint emails about my orders and they haven’t bothered to answer to one of them so i would suggest buying anything from these at all. My first order I ordered was a Tommy Hilfiger hoodie that was on sale from £80-£64 due to the black Friday sales which i was quite happy about, but when my order turned up and it smelt like damp and mould and on the website it says that you have to pay to send your parcel back which i don't think is fair as it isn’t exactly my fault that the hoodie stinks, so i got the train to Manchester and got a refund on a gift card as they don't do cash refunds so i got refunded my £64 as my item was on sale so I couldn't get another Tommy Hilfiger hoodie. When i got home i had a look on the app and decided to buy a different hoodie and some socks and then £5 for delivery again but then i get an email saying they have refunded me for the socks as they are out of stock but not for any of the delivery and again this isn’t my fault so why should i be punished to pay £15 in deliveries all together for problems that aren’t my fault. I would wish for house of fraser to answer my 3 emails or even this review. I will not be dealing with them again after i finish spending my money on my voucher as they are not customer care friendly.

Each time I go on web chat they do not give you enough time to access information like order No and when you go to access Abu info the chat is ended and you have to start again .
Nothing is straightforward why can you not access the information you require it is infuriating I will never make another order online again . I cannot easily access a refund for part of my order I did not receive but courier says it’s delivered in three days trying to surt this out . Infuriating .
