I’m registered physically disabled so I shop mainly on line as I find it hard to walk around shops! This app is so easy to use compared to some other company’s!! Everything I have on my list for my sons birthday and all the presents for my family and friends I am finding on here apart from the toys for my daughter!! I’ve been comparing the prices to other company’s and you’re cheaper so I can get everything for everyone through you each time I’m paid over ther next few weeks! Talk about making my life a lot easier!! I really love your shop!!! The only other company I will be getting presents from is a toy one for my 7 year old daughter!! Thanks for making my life a bit easier because most things are a struggle in my life!!

This app was easy to use and everything is clear but my problem isn’t with the app itself. I have sent house of fraser 3 complaint emails about my orders and they haven’t bothered to answer to one of them so i would suggest buying anything from these at all. My first order I ordered was a Tommy Hilfiger hoodie that was on sale from £80-£64 due to the black Friday sales which i was quite happy about, but when my order turned up and it smelt like damp and mould and on the website it says that you have to pay to send your parcel back which i don't think is fair as it isn’t exactly my fault that the hoodie stinks, so i got the train to Manchester and got a refund on a gift card as they don't do cash refunds so i got refunded my £64 as my item was on sale so I couldn't get another Tommy Hilfiger hoodie. When i got home i had a look on the app and decided to buy a different hoodie and some socks and then £5 for delivery again but then i get an email saying they have refunded me for the socks as they are out of stock but not for any of the delivery and again this isn’t my fault so why should i be punished to pay £15 in deliveries all together for problems that aren’t my fault. I would wish for house of fraser to answer my 3 emails or even this review. I will not be dealing with them again after i finish spending my money on my voucher as they are not customer care friendly.

I ordered 2 small Biba photo frames and the postal charges BEGAN at £4:99. So for just 2 small photo frames it cost me over £30 for them and to be delivered all because they no longer sell anything other than clothes/bags/jewellery/makeup/perfume in store anymore. Why???? The store in my local Town Centre (Telford) shopping centre is over 2 vastly huge floors and there’s plenty of room to stock everything on their website. I hate the way Spirts Direct now takes president over the beautiful items House of Fraser uses to sell and stock. Baring in mind I’d already taken the time and cost travelling to the actual store itself which is a good 20 mile round trip just to purchase the photo frames trying to save a few pennies ahead of Christmas.
Surely they could do better with postage costs and multiple purchase over a certain amount. This is the last time I shop at this store now and I’ve spent a great deal of money over the years. Shame to see such a wonderful store lower it’s class and service to the customers who made it what it was/is.
