Ratings and Reviews
Strong potential but not there yet.
Easy user interface, good selection of services, but unfortunately you cannot select professionals yourself, you are automatically allocated one with no ability to put a (sometimes necessary!) preface requirement in.
The app is otherwise strong, the services could be expanded somewhat but the lack of choice in professionals is really problematic for me as someone with religious and modesty requirements, which is why I was attracted to this app in the first place. I wear hijab, and wanted a private way to get hair, beauty treatments and cleaning services done in a comfortable setting for myself. Unfortunately this is regularly sticky to navigate on this app, as you can’t express any preference for professionals beforehand, you can only decline the ones selected by the app.
There are other similar apps (secretspa etc) that allow you to select a suitable professional or express a preference before allocating you one, I feel this is easy to remedy and if done would make the app more usable and recommendable.
In conclusion, it’s a good idea but I wouldn’t wholeheartedly recommend it just yet to be honest.
As an app, fine, as a service, mainly awful unless you are lucky
I lucked out with my first cleaner who was a delightful guy who did a great job, was professional, friendly, brought his own protective clothing and was always thorough and kind. It was really great to get to know him for a couple of months (1x every two weeks). However, he had multiple jobs and when his availability changed, he sadly had to say goodbye and we were offered a new cleaner. This person was a no show - despite having been booked for two weeks and confirming by message, he cancelled about half an hour before he was due and only after I contacted him to confirm he was still coming. The same happened again with another cleaner, and after that I decided to stop using the app altogether because I couldn’t rely on it. This was really disappointing because I really need the extra help. The idea for this service is great but it needs more work and a good proportion of the cleaners need training for better customer service. I do hope they are being looked after by Wecasa on their end.
As an app, it was fairly easy to use but the messaging service is a bit complicated and I couldn’t always rely on getting notifications. I think the user experience could be simplified for a better overall experience.

Started good then went down the drain
This company do not train their workers well at all every time they come something breaks dust everywhere can’t even dust or clean I have to clean again and on top of that They are lazy and pass time getting paid off your money that you pay if this happened once I wouldn’t complain it’s happened 4-5 times now my gloves are ripped and put back instead of telling me they are ripped my mop got broken they used the wrong sponges and could t figure out what to use we aren’t in the jungle out here even people in the jungle know how to upkeep better than these workers of wecasa absolutely shocked I paid them ever to clean offered me a free clean and I think that was the worst of them all I had to do everything by myself this worker simply relaxed and took their sweet time and looked like she was upset because I asked her to change my bedsheets !!! What a joke your not even getting a star I’m so furious and someone better contact me about how your going to replace what is broken I felt bad previously but I’m paying you for a service and you have seriously let me down do not fall for the false advertisement of they clean while you relax they actually make matters worse and how these people pass as able to clean basically I don’t even know
