Could be more user friendly
Cleaners have been pretty good and rates are actually pretty standard for cleaning where I live. Two bugbears I have with the app is that if you need to message your cleaner using the app I have no way of knowing if they have read the message at all. Some reply and some don't acknowledge at all so not sure if the messages even get through? Also having to make a modification to change the duration or start time of a specific booking doesn't appear to be possible via the app - you need to use their website (which confusingly is partly written in French!)
Started good then went down the drain
This company do not train their workers well at all every time they come something breaks dust everywhere can’t even dust or clean I have to clean again and on top of that They are lazy and pass time getting paid off your money that you pay if this happened once I wouldn’t complain it’s happened 4-5 times now my gloves are ripped and put back instead of telling me they are ripped my mop got broken they used the wrong sponges and could t figure out what to use we aren’t in the jungle out here even people in the jungle know how to upkeep better than these workers of wecasa absolutely shocked I paid them ever to clean offered me a free clean and I think that was the worst of them all I had to do everything by myself this worker simply relaxed and took their sweet time and looked like she was upset because I asked her to change my bedsheets !!! What a joke your not even getting a star I’m so furious and someone better contact me about how your going to replace what is broken I felt bad previously but I’m paying you for a service and you have seriously let me down do not fall for the false advertisement of they clean while you relax they actually make matters worse and how these people pass as able to clean basically I don’t even know
Worst cleaner ever!!!
I have never used such a bad cleaner before. Bridget was extremely incompetent.
First of all, she was 15 minutes late to the session. More importantly she used toilet cleaning liquid(harpic power plus) to clean all the sinks and shower for descaling even after I gave her the proper limescale remover (told her to use that for all limescale removal). I only realised she used the wrong product because she left a huge stain in the kitchen sink (where all the food is processed).
I asked her what she poured in the sink then she told me about the toilet limescale liquid. When I confronted her that she used the wrong product, she insisted she used the right product and that’s what and how she used in all her past cleaning sessions. She then raised her voice in front of my 5 months son when I asked her to leave which is not professional and acceptable at all.
I paid for the 4 hour session however had to let her go half an hour before she finished the session. I had to finish the remaining cleaning after she left. What’s worse, I don’t even know how to get rid of the giant stain in the sink.
I raised a complaint with their customer service and all they could offered was a coupon for the next booking instead of a partial refund I asked for given the session was half an hour shorter and my sink was ruined. I will NEVER use Wecasa again and I will not recommend it to anyone I know neither.
