Why doesn't the timetable list all flights?
Only by chance I looked on the web version of the timetable and found more suitable flights for my journey in between those listed on the app!! Why are these missing on the app timetable??!!
Staff Fab App Awful
I have to use hovercraft quite a lot but randomly. Staff are so nice, polite, helpful. Hover service is great. Queue management at ticket desk often not very good with people wanting to buy ticket then and there being stressed waiting behind people asking long involved Q’s ( they should have separate desk for that) But the app!! Dreadful - I use apps a lot but goodness me the Hovertravel one is dreadful. Defaults, flips, tells you to log in then that you can’t . Not good.
Excellent Service
I mislaid my phone somewhere en-route when travelling back to the Island on the Hovercraft. When I got home I realised my phone was not in my pocket and used the 'find my phone' app to try to locate it. The phone showed as being in the car park by the Hovertravel building.
When I got back to the car park I could not find my phone so went in to the Hovertravel Terminal and asked if it had been handed in. It hadn't, but Daisy on the reception desk entered my phone details on her iPhone, and with the help of Daisy and Matt we quickly located my phone, tucked out of view but basically where the app said the phone should be. Thank you Daisy and Matt.
