Didn’t get access through app

First of all I want to say the content is great. I watched the free video on the engine block once I had downloaded the app and loved it so I decided to purchase the course. I used Apple Pay to purchase through the app, and all seemed fine payment wise, however the app was loading for a really long time so I closed the app and refreshed. When I opened it again it still said to ‘buy course’ despite getting a purchase confirmation email from Apple and the money gone from my bank account.
After not being able to access the course, I emailed their contact address I found on their website, and also the app bug email address (which stated I would get a reply within 2 days) also on their website. After waiting a week, with still no reply from either, I decided to contact Apple where I was able to report an issue with an in-app purchase and thankfully get a refund.
Upon receiving my refund, I then went to the website and purchased the course online instead of through the app and now it all works great! Purchasing online is definitely the way to go, and now I can also access the content in the app too!

Excellent videos but incomplete

I had to email to gain access to the videos, after I’d paid for the app but I was contacted quickly and it was sorted out. The videos themselves are excellent in my opinion. Very clear and instructive with an engaging presenting style. It is unfinished however, there is nothing on brakes, clutch or gearbox for example. What is covered has been hugely helpful for me and I hope that they find the budget or opportunity to finish the series. The written guides are nowhere near the standard of the videos and clearly cribbed from something similar to the 1960s AA book of the car which my Grandad had on his shelf. Being so out of date, they are of little use and simply serve to demean the video content. Overall, I feel satisfied with the £20 or so it cost but I fear that after this time, the chances of ending up with a full compliment of videos are diminishing.

Really great car tutorial

I have been waiting for something like this for a long time, it goes into the detail that u just can not get from hourly shows like wheeler dealers and fast and loud! Money well spent and looking forward to the App/website growing. The videos are to an impressive standard and have obviously taken time and planning to complete. Thanks
