Amazing Service & Value for money

This is a great App! There are loads of resources for free which I haven’t used as I was only interested in getting some legal advise regarding my issue. Obviously you have to pay for the actual legal advice. So for £19 (for a whole month!!)
I have had constant dialog regarding every element of my issue with my employer, down to my letters/responses being reviewed. This has taken a great deal of stress from me and I feel confident tackling this head on. Now I know my rights, I am shocked that my employer was relying on me not knowing and getting away with it. Honestly don’t know what I would done without this! Amazing Service and your staff have been so understanding even with my stupid questions! I dread to think what I would have had to pay to get this level of service from a traditional lawyer!! Thank you so much x

The “chat” feature isn’t free...

...but a subscription-based service. The fact that this is a paid service isn’t advertised anywhere on the App Store description and you’ll have to create an account to find out. I just wanted to point this out as this is the main selling point of the app and the description is —voluntarily perhaps?— misleading.

I find this dishonest and hope the devs update their App Store description to reflect this in the future.

Hi LunaXVII, Thanks for taking the time to comment. At no time was there any intention to mislead any user of HR Solver, the contrary in fact. Instead our mission is to assist people with improving their knowledge and supporting with issues and the description was merely to show the features of the app. Our website has always been clear that the chat feature requires one off plan initiation. However, we take your comments on-board and will make that clearer in the app store description for users- this may take a few days to update. Our website page on the plans is here in this link for reference https://hrsolver.co.uk/plans/. For clarity, you can just pay a one off amount of £9 for a full week of unlimited chat. No reoccurring subscription is required or taken unless you choose. The App and resources are free to use.

So much information in one place!

I was really impressed after downloading this app. It’s a great resource for anyone looking for HR advice. There is an abundance of FAQs and advice that you can access for free and for more serious issues there is a live chat function with an HR professional available for a small fee. I’ll definitely use this for any future questions I have rather than going through Google and potentially being misinformed!
