This app is almost to the point of being useless. Its areas you can set are far too big. I can only choose one section for the entire of Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City. I’ve requested duplicate areas to allow me to travel across the area, but nobody will help. They simply don’t care. Why can I not treat Aberdeen City as separate to Abereeenshire? They have different councils. The area is massive. I’m paying £200 a week for this service.
This is the main support app for our franchise. It’s laggy. Appointments don’t show up. It loads very slowly or not at all. Travel time and lesson booking is only allowed in 15 minute increments. I have such a large area to cover I cannot allow my pupils to book themselves. Hopeless. There’s no contact. The support link just loops back to the website.
Truly horrendous not fit for purpose
The only reason I’ve given it one star is because it’s not possible to give it no stars at all. And I really don’t have time to list everything that’s wrong with it.
Give us back my drive.
