Iv visited today to purchase a suit for my grandsons prom , the personal attention to both of us was unique and very pleasant no rushing and no sales talk, jack was shown what he wanted and what colour suited him best.
Jack was left feeling like a VIP and as he said in his own words LIKE A MILLION DOLLERS😀 that to myself was very satisfying.
We will be back definitely five stars also to the spotless store and the rest of the lovely staff a big thank you to all of you 🙋🏼♀️

Dreadful customer service!
Long story….cut short.
Bought some items in a Hugo Boss store. One item shrunk despite being washed excactly as the label. Took 3 emails to get their customer service team to read my email properly - they kept responding with pre-written dismissive emails. 5 emails later, many photos and explanations and only after I threatened to take it further did they provide me with compensation. However, they refused to replace the item, refused a cash/card refund, credit for instore (closest store as I had told them is over an hour drive away) or finally an online credit that requires me to spend a further £25 and lose the discount I received instore. Disgusting behaviour!!!! I won’t be purchasing Hugo Boss ever again. Money grabbing and don’t care about customers - hide behind corporate red tape!
Best online experience
This is the best online shopping experience I have came across.
I use it a lot and have never been let down by the choice of clothes - the app - delivery or returns.
