Why are all your slots designed for the player to lose at all cost? Oh I know it’s because you think everyone is stupid enough to spend hard earned money on chips to continue losing isn’t it ? Why would anyone in their right mind spend money on something they have no chance of a return of some sort on it ? As for your new Huuuge link games what a joke. Just money pits. Please please don’t insult my intelligence again by saying the slots are made up of algorithms that can’t be changed. Of course they can a simple dot in a different place or a different number will change any algorithm. Only decent thing about your games which I do admire is the graphics. Spot on. But your games are a joke. Also why did you change the lottery settings ? Used to be a silver ticket at the end now it’s a bronze. Now we don’t even get puzzle parts even with gold tickets. There’s also the point of the diamonds. Why oh why have you taken away the ability to buy chips for ourselves. What else apart from opening up even bigger money grabbing tables are we supposed to do with the darn things . Looks like you are going to lose a whole lot of loyal players due to your greed. For once out some things back the way they were and give the players who live your games a chance.

"3.1.1 In-App Purchase: Apps should not directly or indirectly enable gifting of in-app purchase content, features, or consumable items to others"

The above is beyond our control and we have been forced to disable chips gifting in our app. We are aware that our players come from various platforms, which do not have such regulations. But we want to unify our apps for all users, so all of our players have equal chances. Regarding the other changes, they were made to improve the game and overall experience. The app is still evolving, after all and I hope future updates will suit your expectations more!

Sad pathetic customer service agents try their best to not answer a question until they’ve wound u right up then they tell u what they should of told u in the first question! The vip section is a joke! The slots just eat ur chips I went through 2 billion chips in two days at no more than 1 mil stake! Really let down by this app coz at first I thought it was good n liked the lay out but it’s all a set up!! Play long enough n u will see it’s a load of crap!! I fell out with them once n they locked the only slots I used to play n they wanted me to pay 40 pounds worth of diamonds to open it haha absolute jokers!! Seriously do not recommend steer clear at all costs!! The people that run it don’t care about ur queries n when they’ve wound u up enough they ignore u when u want to complain or speak to a manager or get a second opinion! Slots sometimes don’t bank ur winnings n there is no one to complain to!! They expect u to take screenshots of everything that goes wrong even tho u can’t take a screenshot when it’s already happened absolute joke n a con spend ur money anywhere but there trust me!!!
