It does not work anymore!
Previously I could redeem a 5£ gift card and it worked well but currently I am stuck on 485 point! When I want to scan a receipt it stuck on uploading screen or bear with us! I even tried 5 different receipt from Sainsbury and Tesco and none of them worked! even after 30minutes! I closed app, opened it again multiple times but all my efforts were in vain! I would change my rate if this issue was resolved in the next update!
Hit and miss
I have to say I was initially quite pleased with the app, when it’s good it’s good and when it’s playing up it’s annoying, but more often than not it’s a pain in the backside due to saying receipt is old when it isn’t I always scan my shopping and the receipt soon as I’m home, or it says the receipt isn’t clear erm yes it is crystal clear. I’ve emailed customer support to be told make sure it’s a dark back ground (yes I do) get back in touch if you still have problems (yes I’ve done that too) it’s suppose to be a quick and easy scan of the receipt and be rewarded points, nope if I contact customer support they want me to email receipts so they can look in to it, I use another receipt app and never had a receipt declined or be such a faff trying to upload.

App has stopped working for over a month!
Although I had been using the app with no issues until late December (as afterwards I was on Xmas holiday abroad), I came back to find it had stopped working since at least 15th Jan 2019. Thinking it might be a temporary glitch, I waited hoping the developers would fix this; seeing no progress I emailed the app support on 29th Jan explaining the issue and attaching screenshots and the only response I have received since, was the automated reply that my email has been received.
Even though I have updated both my software and the app, nothing has changed and I have received NO reply from the app devs! For info, I am using iOS 12.1.4 on an iPhone 7.
I would have obviously given a better rating if the app were working, but regrettably, it is a waste of time and the service/support is non-existent!!

Hello, We're so sorry to hear that you've been having issues with the app. Our release at the end of January did contain a few bugs in and we've been working hard to fix these. If you are signed up in the app, we recommend deleting then reinstalling your app. Give this a go and if it's still not working, get in contact with us via email and we'll get back to you asap.
