Description
The iApprove app is a convenient and secure way to scan and send your ID and policy related documents to your insurer as they set up your policy. This app is for use by invitation only and will only work with participating insurers.
Once installed, it wil only take a few minutes to photograph your documents and have them safely delivered to your insurer. Use the chat service to ask your insurer any questions or call them directly from the app.
Please do not download the app if you have not received an invitation text message or email from iApprove in relation to your new insurance policy.

Driving licence documents
I have already sent driving licence documents to brokeradmin@1 answer. co . uk . I have not been able to send it to app . I rang to find out if I’m insured . I am . Please stop sending me messages saying I will have insurance cancelled . Helen Johnson .
Not reviewing the validation email?
I have tried numerous times with my email address to receive the validation link , checked junk email but nothing ? Please advise

Hi Mac2121212121, sorry to hear you have been having problems receiving the confirmation email. We are Inzura who wrote the iApprove app. If you are still having issues please call your insurer via the in-app 'Call support' link. Regards Richard
Nothing works
Non if the links are working and there are not many options Avalible for the purpose. Details are wrong in it and no way to correct it except chat option which is also saying out of hours

Hi Nish, sorry to hear you're experiencing problems. If there is a specific fault with the app please tell us what happened and we’d be happy to address it. Regarding your documents, insurers use our iApprove app to quickly and simply collect up to date customer data and it normally takes just a few minutes to photograph the docs. Regards Richard.
