App and booking platform dont work!!
Try to accept and upgrade with a 75 pounds charge, card scan for payment didn't work and after filling payment information three times was always giving an error and check in not completed.. funny enough they did charge me twice on my amex the upgrade!! IT and the APP definitely and area of real improvement needed.
Poor IT Service
5 hours I’ve tried logging in & each time I was told there was an error when the info was totally correct. I then decided to try again on my phone & it worked with the same information. In addition, when the information submitted is incorrect it would be very helpful to be told where the error exists or it becomes almost impossible to rectify. I was looking forward to my last day in Costa Rica & it’s spoilt, I’m stressed, I’m agitated & all because Iberia can’t be arsed to get their IT sorted. It’s disappointing & unacceptable
App and online software is so bad it’s not worth the stress
This is now the third time I’m having issues with the app and online software, super difficult to do a simple check in online and the app, I belong to their frequent flyer program, my details are saved but I always have to re do it, this time my of details were invalid, then my credit card details were invalid, then I had to pay for a seat that I did not select, just to deal with all these issues before flying and leaving your loved ones at the airport with them having a memory of how stressed and upset you are, it’s really not worth flying with Iberia, it’s always the same with the software and I always avoid them just for this reason, I’m a frequent flyer, and fly 4 to 6 times a month.
