Sort it out!!!!
Great app when it works but at least twice a week on the Apple TV box I have to uninstall then reinstall as when I go to open the app, I get thrown out. I think another update is due!
Please don t buy it or use it
A week ago i bought a brand new Philips tv and came with a pre installed IBOiptv app ( this one ) and comes with a 7 days trial period . Within that time i bought the life time period which cost me almost £8 and after that the app stopped working at all . Kept showing me that my 7days trial expired .
Like any other normal customer , i contacted the customer support explaining them my issue with the app , providing them my purchase recipt , my tv detailes all of this for nothing . Their answer was : it s not our problem ! ( that was all ) .
Now the app still doesn t work , my money has been taken , there s no refund policy , besically i feel legaly robbed !
Please , in any circumstances don t buy this app , don t waste your money as i did !

Rubbish application: doesn't work, I paid and it worked one time for a few minutes, then it stopped and said I have to pay again.
Rubbish customer service: rude, useless. Every time I contact them they ask me what the problem is. Then they say there is no problem with the app, ignoring the fact that it's not working. Then they send me to another number or email and nobody answer. Totally useles and rude too 'do what I told you', 'wait', 'contact support' lol... waste of money.
