This is the best
I tried other keto diet apps but this one is the best! There are no instructions, but I figured it out easily. It keeps track of carbs and calories. I had not realized that carbs are more important than calories for diabetes. There is a great, long list of foods to choose from. I only wish they could be tweaked for accuracy: but you can add "custom foods" for foods not already listed. The "favorites" list can be used to store every food you use, so that you don't have to search the long lists every time you eat the same food.
Keto made easy!
This keto app has been amazing with the scan the product feature there is no guess work and mist all food I look for including restaurants are in there. I have lost 10 lbs to date and this is only day 6! Thank you so much to developers this is way better than other apps as it provides openings to different styles of keto and also will give you your macros based of your keto style and weight! Download now because that’s all in the free version.
Useful App
This has been a great keto app for me as a keto beginner! I downloaded and "practiced" for a couple days before my planned start date and realized I kept within limits. Turned out I went into ketosis on day 3 so I started earlier than planned! I find it very easy to use and love that i can easily try to plan my days food and go back and delete and/or change to meet my goals! Learning other features like copying from day before to save typing in search...easy peasy!
