Totally inaccessible with VoiceOver

I am a blind user who bought the scales so I could track my weight. I got this from Amazon instead of paying 100 for the one from Fitbit, as this one was only 30, but sadly the app is totally unusable by a visually impaired user, so I can't give much more feedback. It's only saving grace is that the numbers on the scales itself are large, so if you have a bit of vision you can use it.

I'm not sure, does this connect to the Health app? if it does that will solve a part of the issue, as all I want is to track my weight, so after getting someone sighted to setup the app, it will work from there.
I will keep this installed for a few more months and will update the rating if they come out with a fix.
