When it works it’s great but….

I haven’t been able to take a reading for two days. I’ve updated the app.. tells me it’s loading the update and also tells me that it’s updating the app(make up your mind!). The graphs are showing everything up to Friday but nothing since. Any “new” readings are still from 2 days ago. Going to look for another reader on the market. This is the second one, as the first had battery issues.

Graphs don’t work properly

I am new to this app so didn’t see the previous version. The whole premise of the device is that it removes stress in knowing what to do to your hot tub or spa to keep water levels balanced and safe. However, this app does rather let the side down. The interface is straight forward enough but I really want to see how my PH and Chlorine levels are changing over time. Unfortunately the buttons that let you see this trended over the week or month don’t work so I can only see the current day. This would be an easy fix and make a big difference. Please update!

Dear William,
Thank you for the comment. This buttons are actually working, but sometimes it can be quite long to display the information according to the phone's connexion or server's activity. Indeed a monthly display requires loading 2880 datas (4 datas per hour every day), so that is maybe why you thought there was a problem. But we will consider adding a loader so it is more visible. Thank you.

V2 app - password reset does not work

1st problem was the calibration function no longer works in V2, advised fixed in latest update but yet to prove as waiting for more calibration water to arrive.

Today got thrown out of the app and cannot log back in, says password not connected (despite its auto save off in Apple IOS) so can’t be wrong.

Now tried to use the forgotten password option but says my account does not exist…..

In short they don’t fully test this app, although this is a good device it’s let down by poor software development so after spending the best part of £500 on this due to import duty you feel less than happy as I’ve now been nearly a month without being able to take valid readings and now to add insult cannot even log in to the app to get any readings!
