Good app but comment tracker doesn't seem to work.
Overall the app displays and keeps track of all the data you'd expect (follower growth, likes, engagement etc.) accurately and in easy to view charts and graphs which is very helpful in keeping track of how your account is doing. I do not have any issues with the overall functionality of the app it just seems to be the comment tracker that needs sorting out as it always (at least for my account) shows comments which have been read as not having been read, which leads to the ones which actually haven't been read getting lost amongst the other 'not read' comments. Without this issue I would happily give the app 5 stars as it does everything that is expected and it does it well.
Good but more features!
The app is missing some of the features from the site even if a paid up subscriber.
This needs fixing as a lot of work is done through phones now. Especially research such as influencers.
Not working properly on iPhone X
Trying to post a scheduled Instagram post doesn’t work on the iPhone X UI… the IG interface is obscured to either side of the ‘notch’. For now the workaround is to manually load the image from the camera roll, then copy/paste the text of the scheduled post. This makes scheduled posting more complex and involved. Bit of a PITA. Hope devs can fix this soon.
