App excellent overall but whenever you need to switch app to prepare support documents, the App closes and you have to restart all steps all over again.
Nothing works
Pull down menus on mobile do not work. Very frustrating process and spending days trying to figure out what to do. It is extremely clumsy, unclear and then you get a message that the person identifier does not match the data entered in application. No answers from the chat bot whatsoever and unable to phone and get through to someone.
We have now spent several days trying to fill out this app and get our vaccination information in.
This is truly a very bad design and customers service. Still not solved but am so fed up today!
Full of bugs
This is a horrible user experience. The app crashes to home screen when switching apps, so when looking for information it breaks the entire application for replacement card. The second issue is iPhone photos are too large to upload the site rejects them you have to screenshot the photos to make them small enough and by doing that the app then crashes to home screen because you switch apps.
