ICS Academy is an all around maritime signal reference app. The International Code of Signals (ICS) are an international system of signals and codes for use by vessels to communicate. Quickly look up the meaning of flags, multi-flag and semaphore signals. Test your knowledge with a quiz. Translate text into flags and save the translation as an image or a gif.

Nauticalsignal app
The signal flags app, incorrectly uses numerical flags for signalling International Code flag signals. The International Code would primarily be used by Merchant Ships, who only use numerical pennants.
Numerical flags are only used by Naval Warships.
The meaning of all signal using numerical flags in this app are totally incorrect
