I use this app frequently to manage my event promotions. The inability to withdraw money with constant error messages is a huge problem. I have had to call TicketArena multiple times as a result of this, which is not a good use of my time.
Otherwise, a decent app. Can still do with some modernisation and better design and fluidity.
For a full time promoter, the usability of this app is essential. Please them ASAP!
I hope lots of changes are made to this app; it has a lot of potential!

The worst app
This app has constantly been laggy when using it which I have dealt with, however it is crashed on me twice making it unable to get into my account leading to me losing £30+ of ticket commission.
This needs to be fixed!
