Pocket Lists is a beautifully designed to-do list app for making checklists, focusing on important tasks, sharing & collaborating on to-do lists and tasks with friends and family. The app excels as both an everyday personal to-do list organiser with sophisticated reminder functionality, and as a family collaboration app for groceries, travel packing, Christmas lists, gift ideas, vacation planning, and more.
You’ll love Pocket Lists for being powerful yet surprisingly easy to use. The app’s feature set makes it a superb replacement for most checklist and to-do list apps, including the stock Reminders app:
• Sync your to-do lists across all your devices for free.
• Share to-do lists and collaborate on tasks with friends, family, and teammates. Sharing a list is as easy as sending a link.
• Personalise your to-do lists with a variety of beautiful icons and cover images for all sorts of things. 400+ awesome colourful icons included!
• To-do Stream: a dynamic to-do list (filter) that collects to-dos among all your checklists, and displays them in the priority & due order, allowing you to focus on what’s important right now.
• All types of to-do reminders: due date, due time, repeating, and location-based — drop pin anywhere on a map, select either “arrive to” or “leave from”, and even define a location radius.
• Set due reminders by typing naturally: “Meeting tomorrow morning”, “Car service Saturday 7pm”, “Prepare Christmas gift list on dec 20 every year”, “Cinema Friday night” and so on. The app automatically understands due date from your input, and sets a reminder.
• Calendar view: rotate your iPhone into landscape mode to see all your scheduled to-dos in a monthly calendar layout.
• Import to-dos and events from stock Reminders and Calendar apps.
• And a lot more:
— Priorities & Notes for to-do items,
— To-do item search,
— Quick inline to-do add,
— Support for #hashtags,
— Dark Mode,
— Archiving feature for hiding certain checklists,
— Copy & Paste add of multiple to-dos at a time,
— Send checklists via email,
— Duplicate and re-use checklists when needed,
— Use dividers to visually group to-dos within big checklists.
Plus an awesome bundle of premium features available as an optional auto-renewable in-app subscription or a one-time purchase:
+ Web App that allows you to work with your checklists using any desktop computer,
+ Subtasks: easily divide big tasks into smaller to-dos,
+ Superpriorities (+3 priority levels): mark particular to-dos as urgent, critical, or not important,
+ Private lists: lock particular to-do lists with passcodes and unlock with Touch ID or Face ID,
+ Custom repeat controls: set to-do repeat intervals and frequencies flexibly,
+ Apple Watch app: use Pocket Lists on your wrist without even taking an iPhone out of a pocket,
+ Custom icons for to-do lists,
+ File attachments: attach files and photos to any to-do items,
+ Per-list and per-priority sound alert customisation.
The premium feature set is available as either monthly and yearly subscription or as a one-time purchase. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Account Settings after purchase.

I love this app because it’s NOT a to-do list app. I swear, any time you search for an app you can just use to write lists, all you get are apps exclusively for productivity. That’s great, but I need an app to log all of the thoughts that would otherwise leak out of my ears in! I use this to keep track of books I want to read, films to watch, groceries, presents, to-dos, things I need to remember to mention to my doctor etc. It’s fantastic, I love the cute layout & the ability to personalise it. I wish there was more options for list colours, but you can’t have everything. One thing I have noticed is it can be a little glitchy. Sometimes you have to exit the app or the specific list after adding an entry because it won’t let you click on anything else (e.g. the ‘New todo’ button). When I go between screens (e.g. list settings, or the settings of a specific to-do), it won’t let me come back out of it. It could do with a ‘return’ button, or something. Finally, sometimes it won’t let you scroll the whole list. You get stuck looking at the top 5/6 entries (I use an iphone 12 mini) and can’t look at those below. Usually these are all manageable by just closing and reopening the app, but they are a little annoying! 5 stars if this problem goes away. But… 5 stars for the app in general. Only one of its kind that is as lovely to use and look at that i’ve found! Just… a little glitchy. Thanks to the creators :)
The best productivity app I’ve ever used!

Absolutely loved everything about this to-do-list app. The design was great, the app functions were super handy and the user experience is amazing. Although recently it stopped working on my phone and says it’s only compatible with IOS 13.0. Is there any way you could have kept it working for someone with an iPhone 6S? I tried to find another compatible app, but there is nothing as good as yours on the market!! I’m gutted!
Developer Response
Sorry for the trouble with the update! We've lifter the minimal requirement to iOS 13 to make the app compatible with latest iPhone, iPad, and macOS technologies (such as Mac Catalyst, iPad Pro Magic Keyboard, etc.).If you have an iPhone 6S, your can easily upgrade to iOS 13 and even iOS 14. Your device fully supports these iOS versions.
Brilliant App- seems to have issues on iPhone 11

Brilliant app all round, seems to have some issues on the iPhone 11 though. The app works fine on my XS but seems really laggy and unresponsive on my partners iPhone 11.
Developer Response
Sorry for the trouble! This is indeed a very odd (and confirmed) bug with the list open lag. But the fix is simple — update your iOS version to the latest 13.4, and the lag will go away automatically! We'll keep digging why such a bug could ever had happen, but the issue is related to iOS 13.3.x only, and the update to 13.4 fixes this bug instantly.
Premium No No

Love the free app. Used it for a number of years. Decided to pay for Premium which only resulted in a number of glitches and bugs which make using the app almost impossible. Will update this when I get a response about the issues. Great, easy to use app if this issue can be sorted quickly.
Fixed an issue with keyboard blinking while adding to-do items.
