REGULATION AND PROTECTION
We're one of the first financial service providers with both an Electronic Money license from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and registration as a crypto asset firm under the Money Laundering Regulations. Every penny of the cash held in your Ziglu account is protected by the FCA's safeguarding rules, and to protect your cryptocurrencies we only use fully insured exchanges.

Ziglu Limited (Ziglu) is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Firm Reference No. 900977) for the provision of electronic money and payment services. Ziglu’s authorisation does not relate to its cryptoasset services. This means that Ziglu is providing a regulated service when Ziglu issues e-money, and when you make payments with Ziglu in fiat money. When you deal in cryptoassets, and when you make payments in cryptoassets, these are not activities regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. No nonsense

No surprise the interface is really simple and everything is easy to navigate. The market updates are fast but would like to see more daily historical than just up down from open. Currently have to use another data source for that when it could be in here? Solid and really quick to communicate with.
As always with a new app, I look forward to seeing what other innovative features are going to be released and the next phase of products and services which build on the experience :)

Still a long way to go from what I can see

Where to begin, signing up was easy enough, albeit there is caps lock on surnames which grates me however is not enough to warrant a single star. The problem comes with the absurdity of having to re register every time I want to use this app, the fact that the bank card still hasn’t arrived and more importantly verification codes do not get sent. Ultimately meaning one cannot access their account.
So the app is incredibly flawed and prevents you from using basic features.
You are unable to transfer crypto to your wallet is another major flaw meaning you can only purchase through Ziglu.
All the promises in the world coming from a fairly decent start up bank such as starling only leads to more disappointment, and concern for the later usage as well.
All in all this is at current a useless banking account for the lack of support over weekends and gaining access. Which without these leaves not much to make the transition to Ziglu. I’ll be deleting this account and searching for a more stable bank to use.

Slow slow slow! Stay away! No access to my money for 2 months!

I had the account for a short time, 1~2 months. Everything was good at the beginning, but then UK bank transfers, which are done immediately in other banks, were taking 3-4 days! Then, they restricted my access to the account and asked for some further information, like video recording of myself and bank statements. I have sent the requested documents but no response for a week. Contacted the customer service, asking what is going on and if they have received the documents. They confirmed receiving of documents but told me that they are busy and it takes time. Then, after a couple of days my account was closed! I have sent them my bank account information to receive my funds but no response from them again! It’s more than 3 weeks that I don’t have access to my money! This is not what you expect from an online service.

We do this rarely and will work with you to make sure your money remains safe and that you are not at risk.
