Increases in prices

I think the app is good however introduced at a time when all prices have increased including the meal deal cost but you can’t see this cost in the shops.
Menus have been changed slightly and costs increased.
All cookies have gradually been reduced in size to the point there now not worth buying.
I switched to subway a few years ago instead of using mc Donald’s however mc Donalds are now getting the upper hand again I.e. coffee at 99p.
Shame I feel your on the verge of ruining all the good work you’ve done.

Can’t place an order on the app

I have had the app installed for some time but I keep getting a problem when I try and order - it won’t let me, gives me an error message that won’t let me proceed, something about invalid and expiration. When I first encountered it I deleted and re-installed the app, problem sorted. Next time I look to order on the app, same message. So I deleted and re-installed, problem still there, turn phone off, turn back on, problem still there, re-delete app and re-install, problem still there.
I went into local shop and said I would like to take offer of buy one get one free offer and showed them the problem on the app - sorry, can not do, got to be an on-line order, but I can’t on-line order on my app!! Very frustrating.

Getting there

Haven’t used the app to purchase yet, but given the app pestered for app rating within seconds of installing the app then here goes.
1) Nag message asking for App Store feedback is a pest. Better ways to ask for this than a modal dialog the user is forced to dismiss.
2) It’s a non-native app with an embedded web browser, so navigation isn’t as fluid as a proper iOS app, spacing of content and buttons is inconsistent, icons non standard, there’s a fixed header bar which just wastes screen real estate, and so on. Graphics itself look fine.
3) I like that the app can add to Apple Wallet. More convenient. Though resolution of graphics is low compared with everything else in my Wallet and I wished it just showed “Subway” in the Wallet list instead of trying to squeeze in “Subway Rewards”.
