Juno was created to help parents and parents-to-be ask questions about their pregnancy or child’s health. With a trustworthy and reliable network of midwives and paediatricians at your fingertips, Juno allows you to chat directly to a specialist and get reassurance in minutes.

What does Juno offer?
With a wide array of features and benefits, Juno has plenty to offer whilst giving access to quality healthcare support without waiting weeks for an appointment.

Private messaging.
Start a private chat with one of Juno’s specialists and share your concerns about your pregnancy or child’s health. Whether the problem is big or small, Juno’s easy-to-use app is always-at-hand to help.

Image sharing.
Need an image when words won't do? No problem. You can safely send an image which will allow the medical specialist assessment to be easier and quicker.

Child profile creation.
Every pregnancy and child is different and our guidance caters to different needs. With Juno, you are able to create a profile and input unique medical history: medications, allergies or pre-existing conditions.

Expert specialists.
Our team of midwives have a wealth of experience, whilst all of our paediatricians are GMC registered (general medical council) and have MRCPCH (Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health).

Available support.
Our midwives and paediatricians are available between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week. This allows every user to get specialist medical advice when they need it most. We are also working hard to provide a 24/7 service very soon.

Data security and storage.
We use industry gold standards to encrypt your data, in transit and at rest. We undergo regular penetration testing to ensure we continue to meet best practices.

Subscription info.
After your two week free trial, Juno costs £9.99 per month. Whether you are looking for a midwife or paediatrician, you can access both under this super, specialist subscription.

Juno has a minimum membership period of one month. The agreed monthly membership fee must be paid by monthly instalments. Initial monthly payment must be paid at the time of joining, or at the time of the free trial ending, if applicable. After the minimum term, your membership will continue a monthly rolling basis. If you wish to cancel after the minimum term, you may do so by cancelling the subscription in the App Store on your device. Forward Clinical Ltd trading as Juno reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer with the right to a refund at the date of amendment or withdrawal.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

An amazing app for a scared young to be mother

I can’t stress how much this app has helped me, I had no clue on what to do when I found out I was pregnant I didn’t even know that I need to book a doctors appointment, I was luckily matched with an amazing midwife called Sophie who told me everything that I needed to do and she was the first person I have spoken to who has told me that my body is my choice and nobody should tell me what to do and when you’re 21 and pregnant this is a lifesaver, cannot recommend this app enough! 💗

Piece of mind!

Having my first baby during a global pandemic has been tough! This app has genuinely given me such reassurance on several occasions that help me make the best choice about where to go next (GP, pharmacy etc). The drs have all been wonderful and each have a profile so you can read a little about who you’re speaking to. When I heard about this app I thought it was too good to be true but it’s genuinely been such a wonder, I’d recommend it to all parents and carers of little ones!

Literally the **best** resource

Becoming a first time mum in a pandemic is hard. Not seeing people and drs to discuss my baby's health has seen my worry spiral more than once, especially when consulting 'Dr Google'. Juno has given me such peace of mind on many occasions now - I've been astounded at the calibre of doctors I've chatted to/msgd and to have this at my fingertips gives me such releif. I've recommended it to absolutely everyone I can!
