This app has good potential, but who will dish out that much money when you can get similar things for less?
Stopped working immedialy after the trial
This app is soley dependant on a reliable internet connection. The premium voices can only be accessed when you have internet. So if you plan on using this app on the move, then it's likely as your network coverage changes you'll loose connection and be reverted to a non-premium voice, like Samantha. The voice is hidious and unbearable to listen too. I had issues while trying to use the app at home (with a reliable internet connection) on my Mac. Worked great for a few days, then stopped working. I feel it would be good value for money if it worked. But it doesn't, so 1-star from me!
Poor Integration
I bought a subscription for the service to "hopefully" help me read through 20ish research journals. Unfortunately, I have spent more time trying to get my subscription working and this app has actually hindered my productivity. 3 weeks later and the support team still has not resolved my issue and the MAC app still does not recognise my subscription. I should have opted for a refund instead.
