Oxford Learner's Bookshelf 4+

After the update become almost useless...

The App used to work great with no issues until an update which destroyed the app. After the update the ‘check’ and ‘view’ icons just don’t work any longer. My students use the app to do their exercises from the New Headway and the English File e-books and I use all of them to teach my students online, but now the ‘Check’, and the ‘View’ the answers icons just don’t work. I am very frustrated if not angry as neither my students nor myself can use the ‘check’ or the ‘view’ icons as they just stop working. I contacted the Eltsupport but was told that the icons ‘are not supposed to work in some exercises and/or pages’. However, they are NOT working at all. If the icons are not supposed to work why they are there, or if they are not supposed to work why they used to work before an update? The app was great for many years until the update which destroyed it. After contacting the support team for the last time, the ‘programmers’ just refused to acknowledge the mistake or error caused by an update.

Waste of money worst customer service

I would like advice anyone please do not download this app or use in app purchase. This waste of money and worst customers service I have ever seen ,no communication .you going to lose your money as I did bad mistake.customer service punch of stupid people doesn't know any about customer service or about the app they are supporting and every time you send an email or replay someone else answering you with different thing an even bother to read the email.please trust me and download or buy in purchase.
