Does not work correctly, locks up all the time, new version purchased to sync to my iPhone and that does not work either.Not good and unusable.Now trying to cancel my subscription !!

I had the old version of this (which I paid for) with 100’s if files saved. My iPhone X was not compatible with it and so I paid for the new version ... my old one was somehow deleted by the the new one overriding it and all files now gone!!! Cheers....The new version is just as the old one but with the inclusion of the AR measurement from the camera...it is ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.The measurements are miles out and the overprinted information on the photo is given in ‘approximations’ ... not useful to ANYONE.I would like a refund and a way to extract my old files from the previously purchased version which I can pull from a back up of my phone before this abomination was installed.

Couldn’t get the measurements accurate, though I’d try it before paying for it but the free version is next best thing to being useless better if the free version has s trial period so all the features could be tested. No way could I line up the measuring arrows and once in place that’s it, cannot be extended or shortened. I had to delete it as the measurement numbers needed a microscope to view them. Needs work.

I loved the old (full) version of this app but alas in the interests of swinging money out of their customers the original app no longer works with iOS 11All of my previous projects lost - thanks a bunch there guys.I tried the ‘free’ version of their new revision but can only have 5 projects which is a fat lot if use.I’m looking at other apps which do the same thing as I feel I cannot trust these developers not to pull the same trick again in the future (they’ve done it before, they’ll do it again)If they wanted a paid update at least let us access our old work. Then I might have considered the doubled price and felt only a little bit swindled. Avoid the app like the plague. You will be ripped off in the future.
Fixes an issue that could occasionally cause the app to crash when selecting an object.
